At Signature Cable, Inc. we strive to ensure that our workmanship exceeds your expectations and we comply with the most stringent of quality standards. We build a first article of every wire and cable harness based on instructions developed from the documentation you provide. This defines the manufacturing process and allows for changes to be made, the addition of visual aids/which are added to ensure repeatability. There are both in-process inspections and every wire and cable harness is visually inspected and at a minimum electrically tested for continuity, in most cases Hipot and/or a custom test fixture:
